Alyoné makes handcrafted Belgian dark chocolate fudge, with classic flavours, patisserie-inspired combinations and a separate Sugar-Free Vegan range. You can choose a single flavour, a tasting selection or a build-your-own option. The best starting point depends on whether you want to discover something new or order a flavour you already love.
What does “Belgian chocolate fudge” mean?
It describes fudge made with Belgian chocolate. It does not mean the finished Alyoné fudge is made in Belgium. We are Alyona's Kitchen in Gurugram, and the product is fudge rather than a conventional chocolate bar.
For a chocolate-led introduction, Signature Fudge is the simplest starting point. Other flavours add nuts, citrus, coffee or dessert-inspired elements.
How are Classic and Patisserie different?
Classic includes familiar combinations such as Almond, Hazelnut, Coffee, Caramel and Orange Zest. Patisserie takes inspiration from desserts, with flavours including Black Forest, Kunafa, Velvet Rose and Lemon Tart.
A tasting box from either range contains 16 pieces, with selected flavours repeated. Classic spans 11 flavours; Patisserie spans six. For the full contents, see our Classic and Patisserie comparison.
Can I choose the flavours in my box?
Yes. The Build Your Own Classic Box and Build Your Own Patisserie Box each let you select two flavours from their respective ranges, divided equally. The available sizes are 250 g with 16 pieces, 500 g with 32 pieces and 1 kg with 64 pieces.
The Fudge Trio is different: you choose three flavours and a weight per flavour. Check its quantity breakdown rather than assuming the displayed weight is the total order.
Is every Alyoné fudge vegan or sugar-free?
No. The Sugar-Free Vegan range is a separate selection with a monk-fruit-sweetened vegan recipe. A classic product with the same flavour name is not automatically the vegan version.
Read the exact product title and ingredient information. Vegan should not be interpreted as free from every allergen, and we do not make medical-diet suitability promises here.
Which products come in the gold tin?
The Fudge Bento Box retains the original gold tin and is available in 500 g and 1 kg. Do not assume every Alyoné product uses this packaging; check the particular product page.
Does the fudge need refrigeration?
Yes. Keep it continuously refrigerated and follow the product's care information. Our regular product guidance says to enjoy it for up to one month when continuously refrigerated. This is not a promise that it can be left unrefrigerated for that period.
Read the storage and serving guide before setting out a full box for guests. Serve a small amount and keep the rest chilled.
Can I order for a specific occasion?
Check the current delivery information for your destination before ordering. The Sugar-Free Vegan range is made to order and dispatched in 6–7 days; transit time comes after that.
